WHAT HAPPENS IN A HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION?
Before the session can begin a consultation will take place, in which we can talk about your needs and expectations. This will then help me to design a bespoke session to meet your requirements.
During he session you will be reclined comfortably in a chair, I will put you into a relaxed state using hypnotic suggestion. You may feel that you have been asleep and may not remember what was said in the session. Don't worry that is a perfectly normal and usual experience. It is, after all, the subconscious mind we are working with the eradicate unwanted thoughts, memories and behaviours.
