WHAT IS EFT?

Is a tapping technique in which you tap on a number of points on the face, body and hands. You will tap on each point, following my directions whilst thinking about the thing that is bothering you. This will help to locate where the thoughts and feeling disrupt your energy flow and tap the energy free again; giving you freedom from the emotions that hold you back.   

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It works by helping to locate where any negative energy, thoughts and behaviours are stored in the bodies energy system and gets rid of them; this can be a very quick and effective treatment.

 

WHAT CAN IT HELP ME WITH?

It can be used to treat fears, phobia, habits, sports/performance enhancement, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as negative behaviours and thought patterns; it is excellent for cravings and can be used in conjunction with other treatments including hypnotherapy.
