A tapping technique in which you tap on a number of points on the face, body and hands. You will tap on each point, following my directions whilst thinking about the thing that is bothering you. This will help to locate where the thoughts and feeling disrupt your energy flow and tap the energy free again; giving you freedom from the emotions that hold you back. 

EFT is used to treat fears, phobia, habits, sports/performance enhancement, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as negative behaviours and thought patterns; it is excellent for cravings and can be used in conjunction with other treatments including hypnotherapy.
